Location: Kinsmen Arena
Time: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
The first 50 registrations will receive a free
pizza and pop from Boston Pizza. All
registrations received during the allotted 4
hours will be placed in a draw for a Team
Pizza Party at Boston Pizza on Lansdowne St.

Cheques to be
made payable to: Peterborough Girls Hockey
Association (NSF cheques will be subject to a
$25.00 service charge).
Registrations received after September 4, 2009
will be subject to a $20.00 late fee.
Due to the growing number of players, late
registrations may be put on a waiting list.
No Refunds After Nov. 30, 2009
